  I bought a Samsung radiant wireless speaker from the seller. when it arrived it would not stay connected to Bluetooth or WiFi no matter how many ways I tried, even updating the firmware. It was just not working properly. I contacted the seller who immediately addressed my concerns and offered me a refund within the same day. Seller didn't even require me to ship the defective speaker back to him. I would definitely do business with this person again.
