Good content, easy to see, but how long will it last?
The good: it includes a couple of ways to play chords that are different and better than how I was doing them. it's printed large enough that it's pretty easy to see.
I do wish it had more chords though, for each key, and maybe omit the fretboard diagram.
But generally it's very useful. What I really dislike is that it's not laminated or plastic coated, so it can tear very easily. I would suggest they just have this item printed onto a sheet of some kind of thin plastic, if they don't want to go to the trouble of getting it laminated.
I like it enough that I might take it to a local quick print and see if they can laminate it for me.

Only problem is that the usb cord right ...
Only problem is that the usb cord right where it attaches to the keyboard is doubled over in a small loop and taped, as if possibly that cable was frayed previously. But it’s perfectly functional.
