Great communication

This company and its support has been exceptional, the only reason I have given a 4* is that it doesn't charge the battery I have, however coco and Jimmy have been really helpful and supportive, just hoping that they will be able to find the right charger for the battery I have. Please see the picture attached, to show the battery. Arrived much quicker than expected and of good quality.
