  Remote was in fact broken & not working at all. Tried to hook it up and would not work,ended up finding a brand new Roku for less then this purchase. Tried to reach out to seller and stated that I may need new remote.just had surgery and was hoping seller would help as I couldn’t go up stairs to set up for my 12 yr old.couldve cut way down on shipping cost had they just sold the Roku device and not mailed a defective remote.
