Amazing speaker for the money
0 of 1 found this helpful A steal if you can get this new for 40% of list or less. I now have five of them scattered in my home. The ability to use two in left and right channel stereo mode sounds wonderful for the money, especially vocals like Frank Sinatra, Linda Rondstadt and Karen Carpenter yet bass is also good. What makes these such a value is you can link up to eight in party mode using your phone or tablet, their battery operated portability and water proofness. Note: don’t get used, refurbished or open box if you plan on using them on battery because you simply don’t know how much recharge life is left.

Great value
Another reviewer indicated she/he saw better values elsewhere. I haven't. Ten percent off the top and then the ability to combine it with other coupons in the store (even expired) is amazing. Add in that I live in driving distance to a Harmon Values store whose regular toiletry prices are normally as good as others' sales price makes it amazing to the point that I used up one card so I just bought a second. Note: can also be used and combined at their dot com sites but expired coupons aren't accepted online.

A real steal for those looking for an inexpensive tablet.
I'll try to update this review as I learn the Touchpad's ins and outs. So far, so good. It really depends on the user's purpose. As of now, I'm pretty much using it only for the Internet and e-mail. I recently used an I-Pad in the same environment and this unit, given the price point, compares very favorably. Not guite as fast but relatively just as easy and consistent. Since I'm not integrating the Touchpad with other devices, I can't comment on that aspect. If you're interested in a portable device for Internet and e-mail uses, this unit is a no brainer given the price comparison between it and similar other units. Although HP is no longer making the touchpad (which explains the price differential), I believe a secondary support market will develop soon enough. In the meantime, the HP warranty is still in effect on new purchases and the current prices found within E-Bay make this a real steal.
