When I sent the seller a photo of the damage, they claimed I was a “scammer” and were “reporting me to eBay” as well as “blocking me”. I was beyond confused, not even asking for a refund just showing proof of the damage. I was then harassed by the seller as I calmly tried to de-escalate the situation. The seller continued to be rude and aggressive no matter how polite I was. Look through all of my feedback and what do you see? Everyone giving positive feedback on how well packaged their purchase is. I take a lot of pride in sending purchases out quickly and efficiently and making sure the packaging is perfect. I even added a free bookmark. And yes I did block you because I do not wish to do business with scammers.
