Lumintrail Bike Chain Tool
Please understand that this review is based on my use of one sample of the product and may or may not represent the product quality in general. I have used chain tools in the past, but my old one was stolen with my bicycle. In my opinion the tool is not machined to a close enough tolerance to keep the push pin of the tool in alignment with the chain pin to be removed as the pressure on the push pin is increased. As a consequence, the push pin slides off center and deforms as the pressure on it gradually increases. Both the original pin in the tool and its spare deformed and failed in the same manner. So, after one successful pin removal the tool proved to be useless to me. A more expensive tool that I picked up at my local bike shop worked perfectly on the same chain. I am only relating my experience and don't know if it is representative of that of other users.
