    To be fair, the seller was direct, understood, quick to accept a return...probably forecasted my inquiries. Plus, everyone is entitled to have a bad day. That said, in short. Ordered/bought a high end Asus Ryujin AIO cooler. The listing in 2 of the 5 images showed Ruyjin model. Plus the item description referenced in detail the Ryujin...however the received item was fairly poorly packed, with no "padding" inside. But most importantly, the received item was the Ryuo model (below Ryujin). :-(

    The Kobo Clara BW is exactly as described--brand new! I'm thrilled that I was able to get a new Kobo for such a great deal. No issues with the seller. It was shipped out the same day that I purchased it, and I received it way before the estimated arrival date. It looks great with no damage to the device from shipment. Regarding Kobo as a company, the quality of the device is perfect! Suits my needs and has everything I was hoping for.

    Purchased with $20.00 shipping (almost 33% of item) ad said Tuesday delivery needed it by Tuesday night. Didn’t show until Thursday. Had to purchase from another store. Sent message to seller and never even replied back. Not good business, we pay when we buy but sellers for some reason can dictate rules after we pay
