Third world war (Sega CD)
I loved this game when I was in my teens! You can play as different countries and do a lot of behind the scenes work if you were running a real country. Going to war with near-by countries is one the goals. Taking over the world is the main goal. I did find a glitch that when you started a nuclear war at the end of the world disaster you could start as Russia and have unlimited money!
