inedible bloated containers of miso

I love Eden Shiro miso. imagine my dismay opening the package to find 4 dark discolored bloated packages of inedible miso. a complete waste of so much money - because you do not accept returns. so I am stuck with 4 containers of inedible miso. from what I could research the miso becomes dark (which is usually light) and package becomes bloated due to excessive heat while being stored. think I paid $38. that could have been spent on edible food for myself this month. shame on you.
