  The item had delays from USPS, I can't control that. And their second complaint is that the original lid of the product did not fit much, I have no control of that either. I sent the product with love and well protected it arrived at its destination and the ordered product arrived, otherwise it escapes my hands.

  Seller’s explanation is totally FALSE! Item was perfectly intact and package sealed by seller but flaws were not mentioned and it was shipped this way. No message from seller after I received item either! AVOID!!!
