Worked 3 times before going dead
The 120 volt battery went dead and will not recharge after 3 uses. It slides into the charging device, charge lite goes green for a second and then flashes red. The charge indicator lite on the batter registers empty. Contacted the REDBACK Manufacturing company 4 times with no response.
