  I requested the seller protect the Lego box from being damaged/crushed in shipping. The seller just used bubble wrap, which was not sufficient to protect the Lego set. When I complained about the damage, the seller told me he has a disclaimer about damage in his ad and the damage w \as just my risk! I remain unhappy.

  Shipped an unacceptable damaged product box in a plastic bag. Post office labeled: Received as damaged. Though the seller said "definitely ... refund but" there is no refund yet. Too many communications with the seller, no refund and no replacement.
