Product worked after rough Installation
The nuts on the bottom of the tach were fastened so tight to the the threaded bolt coming through the bottom that my efforts to loosen them even with liquid wrench failed. I finally used a product called blaster which worked but using a wrench caused the threaded bolts to come loose. The only way I could tighten the nuts against the the shelf which holds the tach and the speedometer was to insert a screwdriver against the bolt end and try to tighten the nut as much as possible. I was only successful doing this on one side. The tachometer is holding in place for now. Otherwise, all indicator lights and the tac needle work fine.
