  I've already contacted seller with no response yet. The item was miss represented. The pictures showed a different mirror than what i received. The one in the picture showed no broken clip tabs that hold metal clip in. The one i received had broken tabs, and was a different mirror.

  The mirror that we ordered from them did not fit our car even though on their site said 2012 to 2015 Honda civic none heated passenger side and ours was 2014 none heated passenger side.well it was the wrong part. We asked for a refund but They kept almost half of our money . We had to pay for shipping to send the item back . No communication from the seller . Won’t do business with them anymore

  Just because people do not pay attention to pictures nor description we do not offer free shipping and free returns any more. With current shipping rates there is no more more "free shipping and returns" for those who do not know what they are buying. Sorry, you need to do your homework to get the glass for $20.
