Great breads!

I have owned this cookbook for many, many years and have baked quite a few of the recipes found in it. Many have become family holiday traditions . So, when my daughters began asking me for copies of the recipes to make for their own familis, I decided to get them their own copies. Fortunately, I wa able to find them on ebay and sent them immediately to mu daughters, who are now thrilled to have their own copies. The breads are all delicious and not difficult to make for those of us who enjow making homemade breads for our families to enjoy. The instructions and pictures are very helpful for those of us who may need to see the final product of our work. I highly recommend this book for any serious home breadmaker.
