Great Product
Product is great & works! I'm Asian & have had perms begin to undo in a day sometimes less, depending on if it's a good job or not. So my eyelashes are super difficult because of my eyelids, shape of my eyes, & having butt straight hair. The combing 360° reversible heated feature is awesome because there's no pinching plus it makes the whole curling process faste, easier, & overall better curl in more then one way. But to ensure it works, keeps working, & doesn't end up working against you maintenance (cleaning) is A MUST which can be difficult & tedious. Another thing is that it doesn't seem to have a safety auto-off feature in case you leave it on (which does happen more then one would think). Lastly the core of the product is actually some sort of plastic (more durable then plastic combing sleeve but I broke my 1st one when misjudged distance between wall) w/metal sleeve crimped on top then a plastic combing sleeve slips over that (which becomes super flimsy due to heat, so be careful when cleaning etc).

Good Product
Product is good. Didn't realize that it wasn't really good for wet applications & isn't really pearl-like. The color vibrancy is great but the downside is you have a bunch of small containers that can be easily loosened/opened.

Great Product
If the product specifications meet your needs this is a great product if it doesn't then look for the bigger better brother. One of the many mandatory things one needs in order to actually have a REAL system but again make sure that it meets what you need.
