Cheap but good bike - great value

Easy to put together bike. Being a recumbent bike, it’s really comfortable for us older fitness fanatics, with no stress on the groinal area (good for the boys) and doesn’t strain the knees and ankles. It allows for a good workout and with the inbuilt pulse sensors in the hand grips, which are far more convenient than a clip on ear sensor I’ve used on older upright bikes, allowing you to work at your desired pulse rate for extended periods with an accurate reading on the display panel.Highly recommend.
