Not great for seniors with dexterity issues
1 of 1 found this helpful This product is marketed to seniors. However, the touch screen is not great even for nimble young hands. Its not so simple to make a call--you have to go through a number of steps. Bought for my 85 year old mom who can't seem to get the hang of it and is more frustrated than anything else.
