Replaces Z-Mulsion 87312 refill
1 of 1 found this helpful Zebra Z-Mulsion pens are some of the best that I've ever used. They were originally made in Japan. A few years ago the 87312 refill basically disappeared from the market. Or if you can find them, they are extremely expensive. This is the exact equivalent of the Zebra 87312 refill. So you can buy a 2-pack of 87312 refills for $15...or you can buy 10 of these from overseas for $27 or $28...

Reasonably priced Wi-Fi thermostat...
Almost 1/2 the price of higher end Wi-Fi thermostats like Nest. The Sensi app does everything you need it to do remotely, just like you were standing in front of it. It's accurate & easy to install. Your electric supplier may even offer a rebate on it. The only negative that I found, and it's a small one, is that this thermostat doesn't have a filter replacement alert. My previous thermostat allowed me to program it to send an alert to change the filter after a programmed number of air flow hours had passed. The Sensi doesn't have that feature. I simply set up a computer reminder to change the filter every 90 days or so, problem solved. I'm very happy with my purchase of this item.

K1M Moto
Very reliable, easy to use phone. No frills, not for people who text often.
Camera image quality is only average.
