No Problems.
Bright, clear screen. As good as the original. The protective plastic film over the screen looked like it had been moved around a lot, though many hands, but had no detrimental effect on the real screen

A well built unit. You have to find the right driver.
2 of 2 found this helpful I have used this unit to scan thousands of slides. The initial setup took time in finding the right driver on-line. The key is to find the correct driver on the Plustek site that matches the serial number of your unit. If the driver does not match your serial number, the unit appears completely dead even if it looks the same as any other 7200.
The scan software application I used was :Vuescan". An excellent software product in my opinion. The Plustek scanner is well built and a good design. Worth it if you have slides or negatives.
