Good product, but it is not sterile.
It is contained in a cheap and plain zip lock bag, so it is no way it is sterile. It will do the job though.

3 of 3 found this helpful Changing out the plastic handles the Becker knives are shipped with, is one of the best uppgrades you can do to the knife. It is highly reccommended.

Better then expected.
I am pleasantly surprised by the quality and design of this pouch. I have a few pouches that cost three times as much, but these are the once I have chosen to use as IFAK's. There are two things I would like to improve on this pouch. I would like it to be deeper. Not much, maybe only one third of an inch. I also would like the bottom pocket, of the middle compartment, to reach all the way to the front, beneath the three elastic bands.
