ebay buyers--from previous reviews I see this seller has swapped items before and did it with my order!
1 of 1 found this helpful This item was not as pictured, the entire rack is covered with prongs that will make it difficult to stack large dishes and my silverware basket does not fit well at all.
If there is a substituted item such as this, there should have been correspondence from the seller prior to the shipment and not just a notice taped to the outside of the box. A discounted price should also have been offered,
