Nice surprise
Surprisingly good quality for the very low price. Front lens caps have integrated straps so when removed the remain attached.

Budget product
1 of 1 found this helpful This is not really in the same league as the common (more expensive) whole house heat recovery units. (I have installed several systems over the past few years). Its a budget product at a fraction of the price. The overall efficiency rating is lower than that which is required/specified for UK building regs. The two internal fans are powerful but simple inline inefficient fans. The casing is very simple cheapo Chinese construction (mine was falling apart on arrival) and there is zero sound/thermal insulation.
However it costs about 1/3 - 1/4 of the price of many other high quality units, so provided you understand the above limitations and do not expect high performance it can still be a worthwhile purchase.
Just dont expect the same performance or quality as the £800-1200 products.
