After connecting it to your phone through the app, you then open the camera, click the wifi button, and select your router, enter the password.
It works but was difficult to get connected remotely.

Bad fit
One side didn't fit and I needed to elongate a bolt hole maybe an eighth of an inch; a piece had been welded too close to the hole.. actually it was welded on at a slightly different angle than its counterpart. My Sportster Sport had different shocks that were so large, they wouldn't work with the kit so either the fitment chart was wrong or someone before me had changed the shocks. Still, I liked the product and will use it elsewhere.
