  We would suggest avoiding the buyer as it was not a positive experience. Instead of contacting us to let us know there was an issue they just left neutral feedback complaining that the item was damaged in transit. We always do our best to make sure every buyer is satisfied but it clearly wasn’t possible with this individual. Best to stay away.

  Issues were with the packaging of the item. Item was not packed and secured as expected when shipping product through the mail. Which resulted in damage in the item. This very little packing was thought to be okay by the seller to make its way through the mail system (which is known to be rough with packages). Very little tape was used to keep the package closed, and adhesive was not even left on the tape. This could have been avoided if item was packed correctly (can't control that from my end)
