Rusk Blofoam Texturizer and Root Lifter 8.8 oz

Just not for me.

It could be just me. I have thinning hair, and this Root lifter left my hair chalky, flakey, dull and stiff. I rarely give bad reviews, and I love Rusk Thkr Mousse, but this one left me scratching my head. Sorry.
