Make your house look like an Olive Garden
This is chintzy. It needs a 3.5-inch box, not the more common 4-inch. The metal on the box/wall mount is very thin gauge and lets the heavy mass of the light flex it around substantially. The plastic in the light bulb socket is also thin and brittle; I broke mine dropping it from the ladder. My fault, but still a weak spot. I was able to glue it back together. It is also a hassle fishing the wire through the serpentine pipe. Unit was not pre-assembled and came without directions, though one can figure it out.
That all said, the paint is nice, durable, and the light is attractive. The shade is not enough to hide the bulb so you need an attractive bulb to go in it.
