Positively life-changing!
The books arrived on time, well packaged and in good shape!
The content is absolutely life-changing! I have enjoyed and been captivated by what I have read, so far, and and I implemented some of the guidelines, right away. I am already noticing some positive cognitive, physical and emotional results from doing so! Who knew that bone broth (I get the store-bought Kettle & Fire brand flavors) is so tasty and nutrient-dense or that greens are delicious and easy to fix, even for a cooking-impaired gal like me???? I'll tell ya, who - Dr. Terry Wahls, that's who!
