After being with them for more than fifteen years they were good but this time over a small amount of money eBay would do nothing to help.   The item is well priced and exactly as described but why any seller would continue to use Aramex is beyond me. They always deny the seller has booked a pickup then all of a sudden the item arrives. Two weeks for a courier to deliver an item. Not limited to eBay sellers. Otherwise, this seller did a good job.
