Does help make you regular, but I'd lightly call it a detox as those things don't exist.

My favorite shirt
I have this in Black and purple. I work in a gym and this is loose fitting to move around. It's also not too thick but great quality.

Great taste
I use this instead of coffee in the morning now, I don't get an afternoon crash anymore.
Helps soreness after workouts. Tastes great, will always buy.
