Ok, just not really for road use.
Simple to install but the fans are a bit noisy and it's not much brighter than a regular halogen h4 55/60 bulb, just very white. Not sure where the 20000 lumen & 110 watts claim comes from as the LEDs this uses are just not physically capable of that, even as a combined total of both bulbs. Definitely has lower power requirements to a normal h4 if that's a consideration.
It certainly updates the look of a car but it produces a somewhat diffused pattern, at least when installed in my reflectors, regardless of orientation and I've had to aim the headlights down a bit so as not to blind oncoming traffic while testing. This may vary with different headlight reflectors as mine are somewhat shallow, though a standard halogen bulb produces a clean pattern with mine. Will not pass an mot in my car with these installed due to this. Perhaps better suited to off road use or in an auxiliary lighting situation.

Fishing glowstick. Sort of.
Well, they glow. They are bright. Too bright. They do not last long enough for night fishing though. Useful duration is only about 30 minutes (that gem of information is not in the description but is on the packet i received) which is really too short to be useful and shockingly short compared to my previous ones which lasted about a day (and continued glowing at a lower level for a couple more). I guess you do get what you pay for.

Overblown capacity quoted.
Ok, so it claims 68800mAh. This is physically impossible given its size and weight. It weighs about 480 grams, a really good quality 18650 battery (cell) weighs about 47 grams, and has a capacity of about 3400 mAh, (any lithium cell that claims to be over 3600 is a lie with current technology) to get the claimed 68800mAh it would need about 20 of these inside. So the weight of the batteries ALONE should be almost 1Kilo...... So let's say the chassis and electronics weigh a minimum of 150g leaving a paltry 330 grams, giving an absolute MAXIMUM of 7 cells inside. This gives 25200mAh absolute positive maximum with some of the best available technology in lithium cells, however it's lightly to be significantly less than this. So maybe, MAYBE, 20,000mAh on a good day. With a tail wind.
