  NEGATIVE: He bought a Brand New fabric poster, opened and removed it from the box which clearly said "Smooth as silk" on the back because it was "too silky". When I said I shouldn't have to provide a full refund for a Brand New item that was returned to me Used, he lied and said he never opened the box and removed the poster which he clearly did because it was folded differently from how it was originally and haphazardly shoved back in the box. Reported him to eBay and they did nothing to help.
