Great bang for the buck
I've owned two of these guitars. Sold the first one to buy something else and missed it so much I had to buy another to replace it. While I mostly play Carvin guitars (made in USA), they don't make a big ol' jazz box like these. Sometimes that's a sound you want. This thing is great. Easy to play. Looks groovy. Decent pickups. Very versatile. Yeah, when played individually the single coil pickups have some hum, but how're you gonna shield something like this with no control cavity. I'm really excited to finally have one again.

Fun and easy to install!
1 of 1 found this helpful It's a well-built piece of hardware. Works great on my Carvin SH445. I installed it along with a roller bridge and the tuning stability is excellent. Since I didn't want to drill any holes in the instrument, the only other alternative I could see would have been a Bigsby paired with a Vibramate which would have cost me twice as much.

I guess you get what you pay for. Good for the price. Not awesome.
Bought these for my wife to use at work when her old noise-cancelling headphones died. She reports the following:
"Well, they’re not as noise-reducing as the older headphones were. The padding on the phones themselves doesn’t cover my ears as thoroughly as I’d hoped they would, so I still hear conversations during quiet music (although I might not hear the dude singing, I haven’t had the chance to test that yet). Overall sound is good (100x better than the cheap headphones I was borrowing), I’m not sure if the On/Off button is there to reduce noise or just make the music more full-sounding (which it does).
They gave me a cute little drawstring bag to carry the phones in. Squeeee! :)
So I’m giving them about an 85/100. :) "
