Cap ok but did not fix problem.
Bought this because my fan motor was not working. The run cap did not fix the problem. I suspect that thermal overload damaged the windings. Measured the cap with a multimeter and it charged and discharged so the cap should be ok. Can't attest to the actual value of the cap since I don't have a capacitance meter.

Very reliable nailer.
This Porter Cable finish nailer is an older model but it still performs flawlessly. Have used it to nail trims with 2 1/2 inch finish nails and it does a great job without misfiring. Because it is an older model it requires oiling, which is not much of a problem.

Only a toy - does not really produce a lot of mist
1 of 1 found this helpful The mist maker did not work as expected. It does create mist but the mist only rose a couple of inches. It often shot large droplets out of the bowl and ended up leaving water all around the water bowl. One good thing about this was that it did not cost much so nothing lost.
