Not genuine, poor copy.

Cable did not resemble that in the photos as it was 1.5m but round when it should have been flat. OnePlus do not manufacture a 1.5m round cable. The boxes also did not match the photos and appeared to be a copy. The USB-C connectors did not click into the phone so felt a poor fit. This would quickly impact the Dash Charge function as the connector starts to wear.

Not the sandstone you're looking for

If you're looking to make your OnePlus 5 feel like the amazing coating used on the OnePlus 1 then you're going to be disappointed. Whilst this has the vaguely similar rough texture it is no where near as grippy. It's just a simple texture on a standard cover. It does fit well with all ports accessible but it's doubtful this would offer any protection outside of scrapes to the rear casing, however I knew this from other OnePlus cover cases. Overall this cover just isn't what I'd hope it would be as I miss the OPO coating.

Bought a few of these now

Fit just like the OEM ones and able to to clean them over and over (more so if you keep on top of it) Have recommended them to anyone I know with the same tubs.
