Looked good, but no luck.
The cartridges arrived well packaged. We installed them in the printer and did a nozzle check. After a print head clean, it indicates that the magenta cartridge is empty. Never printed 1 page. Now back at square 1 because this printer won't print at all with an empty cartridge.
