Locks Up after time
The modem has to be reset weekly by calling xfinity to do a system refresh. It seem that it locks up after a certain usage. I have a Gbps plan with my cable provider and the direct connect to the modem is 180Mps and wireless as high as 250Mbs with my macbook pro.
On a positive note, The Wifi coverage is good through out my home appx 2800 sq/ft.
I'm switching back to an newer Arris wifi modem. I had one over 12 years but couldn't handle the recent internet traffic with everyone online due to COVID.
