  Buyers beware! I try to never leave negative reviews, but I don't want this seller taking advantage of anyone else. Sold me a *new* item, but it came clearly very used with obvious wear, markings, and stains. When I reached out to them they were rude about it and lied again saying the bag had never been used despite me sending pictures of the damage and signs of obvious use. I buy regular from eBay and similar sites and have never had this happen with a seller before. Super dishonest.
