  Arrived quickly, well packaged, excellent seller. All though my particular oven was not listed on the extensive list of Bosch ovens, I asked the seller to find out whether this particular bulb cover would fit my oven, after a day or so the seller got back to me saying that after speaking to the supplier who supplies him, saying, that it would fit, the seller went above and beyond what I would have expected, so would have no hesitation in using them again.

  Both studs were broken when they arrived. There was no debris in the package so my assumption is that they were broken before they were dispatched. Contacted seller with a photograph of broken studs and requested a refund from the seller which I received quickly.
