I love them; one upstairs, one downstairs. been using this model for many years with real satisfaction.
3 of 3 found this helpful Frequency control on right ear gets bumped or inadvertently moved, interrupting the volume. Needs protection or moved to a different location. Maybe increasing the size of the volume control would help.
