Sonos chose to remove support for this device in recent updates, and there’s no way to roll back to gain support.

Limited driver support

The M-Audio FW 410 still works great if you’re willing to maintain a laptop or other hardware with an older operating system. The active config for the FW 410 is software managed, so you will need a computer. VM’s don’t appear to offer emulated FireWire support.

An inexpensive way to use unleashed and mesh

The C110 is a decently spec’d unit that supports the unleashed firmware. I found it perfect to extend wireless coverage into a garage that’s on the edge of where the main AP signal reaches using the mesh option. The 10/100 ports included on the C110 claim to support being bridged, but I haven’t needed them yet. The unit uses 12v 2A, and has a barrel connection for power, allowing use of a power adapter from an external hard drive.
