  Please eBay shoppers do not buy from this seller because they are a fraud. The items I purchased was not described correctly and I got the wrong thing. The items were clearly damaged and the seller argued it was perfectly fine. Not only that the seller would not get me a refund for something that was already messed up to begin with.

  This is the buyer who could not make up her mind on what the issue was. First she thought she was going to receive 14 $100 notes for $400. Later on she decided one of the bills was damaged. None of the bills I sent were damaged, They were shipped in a regular envelope and then inside a padded shipping envelope. So please take it with a grain of salt.
