20RPM maybe but for sure not 10RPM
Lucky me I didn't need perfect 10RPM for my project because this motor is going close to 20RPM so if RPM is very important for you DON't buy it .
It is also very small motor.

Great helmet
Great helmet, it will fit even large adult head. The only problem: it gets hot inside very quickly and goggles get foggy in few minutes

Get hot very quickly
0 of 1 found this helpful Some people described it as the best machine which is able to cut any kind of pets fur even heavy matting area. Well my Yorkie has a very dense fur and unfortunately sometimes with few matting area. This very expensive machine was not able to cut his fur (forget about matting area) and get very hot after 5 min. Unfortunately waste of money
