Works for ME.
My full-face C-PAP masks ALWAYS leaked around the bridge of my nose no matter how tight I adjusted my headgear. Once I started using the Gecko Nasal Gel Pad, I was able to loosen my straps back to normal without incurring more leakage. I've had no reaction to the material in the pad and find them very comfortable. They need to be kept clean, and replaced every two weeks or so, but my sleep has benefited greatly. At full retail, they are pretty expensive, but I have generally been able to find them at about half-price most of the time. (|:{
