  Clips as described. Delivery wasn't. Delivery was described as "2 - 3 days". The tracking showed that Hermes got it to the local depot within 3 days, and it then just then sat there for a full week with absolutely nothing being done. I was on the point of raising a 'not received' message, when I suddenly got a message to say that it was on the way. Unfortunately, just using the name 'Evri' to try to pretend that it isn't Hermes isn't sufficient on its own to solve the poor service issue.
