Stuck my trainer sole back ok
2 of 2 found this helpful It stuck my trainer sole back ok, not 100% effective as I didn't brace the side wall, but that was my mistake. As not instant stick you need to support in all directions overnight, I only used a table leg to keep the sole under pressure. Sole has remined stuck for over a week with daily use walking on pavement and fields. No signs of becoming unstuck.

Oat Raisin Flapjacks
Taste good, seem to keep my energy levels high enough, reasonably priced compared to other energy products. The only issue is they crumble a bit in summer so you may need to stop to ensure you get all of it when cycling.

Close enough shave and the shaver should last for £27
It doesn't feel like it's a quality product because it's light and the quiet sound gives the impression it isn't up for the job, BUT, the lightness makes it less effort to shave (I happen to have a painful shoulder) it does give me a close enough shave and comparable to my previous rotary shaver. The main reason I bought it was you can use it while charging, which should give it longevity when the battery eventually packs up.
