  Awesome product, the seller. Shipped on time and the item came earlier than expected. My only downside is as soon as I opened the box a strong wave of cigarette smoke hit me. Everything else was totally perfect the bag was bubble wrapped and packaged perfectly , but that smell.. was something else. Normally I wouldn’t complain like this but I’m a strong asthmatic and that box smelled like the sellers full time job was smoking cigarettes. Everything else was totally perfect though.

  First, let me apologize profusely for the unpleasant experience you had when opening your box. We are a smoke-free house and were very concerned about the cigarette smell, as well as confused for a few minutes before realizing the box we used was from my mom's work where there are smokers. We hope the scent didn't affect the purse at all and again we're very sorry! We will be more cautious for future sells and I hope the smell didn't cause too bad of a reaction to your asthma if it did.
