I got it for my Dad who has dementia so it will be hard to tell
Charged the unit up and it sounded like it was good and strong. Brought it to him last night and helped him use it some. It went through the normal hair on the cheek part ok but under the lip was a little more dense and because it was supper time thought it best to let him try in the morning. Hopefully he will be clean shaven on my next visit. Shipment arrived ahead of time. Not sure what the flat blade is for and didn't find it in the instructions but was in a hurry.

Reversable for summer use is great
Product is easy to install, and the cloth side works great for the summer months when the temperature is hot. Plan to use the black non clothe side when the temperatures go back down.
