8 of 10 found this helpful I ordered the collar because we recently moved from a rural area into a trailer park where our neighbors are so close you can barely walk between their trailer and ours. On both sides! Ours is a double-wide. Our dog has been used to roaming free and barking at anything and everything but since we moved into the trailer park, I had to find a way to stop him from barking when I put him outside. So I ordered one of these shock collars. Let me tell you, it took about 2 minutes for him to figure out that if he barks he's gonna get zapped. No more barking! Unless I forget to put the collar on him. Without it, he still barks, I think just for the hell of it. But when it's strapped around his neck, silence...
It works so well I just ordered a second collar for my wife. We'll see if it works as good on her as it does on my dog.
